My extended family often makes a trifle for Christmas, it is not gluten free. Therefore, I make two mason jar trifles for my celiac son and I to take. It’s easy to make, take, has a lid and is next to impossible for anyone to cross contaminate! Plus, it’s pretty and makes my celiac kid feel special!
