When family and friends gather during Christmas time, it seems like food and baking are always involved. I think our hearts know we are home for the holidays because of the tastes and smells that flow from the kitchen.

I am a celiac and once my son was also diagnosed celiac, I did not want him to lose our family traditions and tastes of home. I use to be very overwhelmed with the thought of carrying on traditions without gluten. Then, I got serious and started adapting, testing, and changing my Gramma’s, Mom’s, Sister’s, Friends and Mother-in-Law’s old family recipes to be ‘gluten free style’.

I have enjoyed revamping and changing old recipes to make them have good texture and taste great. Our family truly has some great recipes that are ‘just like mom use to make’! I hope you enjoy as well. Send me a message and let me know your thoughts.

I am going in to the printers tomorrow to print a copy of my Christmas Cookbook for my family. Let me know if you would be interested in a PRINTED hardcopy ….

Enjoy!
